    Click 'Submit Manuscript' to fill submitter contact, author metadata, and upload PDF manuscript file.

    Peer Review Evaluation

    Initial screening decision within 48 hours followed by independent peer review evaluation.

    Publication & DOI Indexing

    Open-access publication with Crossref DOI registration, e-certificates, and Scholar-compatible citation metadata.
