Short Articles & Essays
1,200 – 3,500 wordsExcluding footnotes. Concise commentary, contemporary socio-legal insights, or opinion pieces.
Case Notes & Legislative Comments
1,200 – 3,500 wordsCritical judicial analysis of recent High Court / Supreme Court verdicts or legislative enactments.
Book Reviews & Policy Reviews
1,000 – 2,500 wordsEvaluative reviews of recent legal academic texts or regulatory policy frameworks.
Formatting & Submission Guidelines
Strict compliance with formatting guidelines is mandatory for peer review evaluation.
Title & Cover Page
First page must contain paper title, author name(s), institutional affiliation, and submitter contact info.
Font & Line Spacing
Main body in Times New Roman, Size 12, 1.5 line spacing. Footnotes in Times New Roman, Size 10, 1.0 spacing.
Abstract & Keywords
All articles must include a concise abstract (150–250 words) and 4–6 relevant keywords.
Co-Authorship
A manuscript can be co-authored by up to 3 authors maximum. All author details must be submitted.
Originality & Plagiarism
Submissions must be original and unpublished. Maximum 15% similarity index verified via Turnitin.
Citation Standard
Text and footnotes should strictly follow a uniform citation style (Bluebook 20th/21st Ed., ILI, or OSCOLA).
Article Processing Charges (APC)
