This research paper tells about the Hallucination and its devastating effects on the legal system for the lawyers and the course .Delving into patterns used by Ai for doing this and will delve into the initiatives used by the supreme court like NJDG and SUPACE and the problems related to it .Highlighting the very recent and important judgement of Pooja Ramesh Singh v. Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd. & Anr. (2026 INSC 668) And some other related supreme court and high court judgements and the principles laid down in these judgements with the comparative analysis with other countries like USA,UK and Highlighting there important cases .Moving forward to giving the solution of this AI hallucination and delving into the future of this AI hallucination with the help of data and relevant case laws from India and other countries .
